• Boiler room check — boiler, water heater, and mechanical room reviewed for wear and leaks
• Bin cleaning — trash and recycling bins washed and deodorized

Every house is different, so $149 is where plans start. A Clean Start technician will come out, walk the property, and give you an accurate quote based on the services your house actually needs each month — no guessing, no paying for work you don't need.
